Abstracts should be no more than 500 words in length with optional figures and tables (download a Template). Please mark the presenting author and include the involved institutions. You may indicate your preference for presentation in the oral or poster session. Full manuscripts from both types of presentation, without distinction, will be included in the proceedings if submitted by the deadline of April 30th.
The proceedings will be published in hard copy and as a USB stick. The USB stick will be distributed at the beginning of the seminar.
Commercial vendors must register and are encouraged to present posters or displays exhibits.
Instructions to submit an abstract:
Abstracts can be submitted at any time up to November, 30th. Authors must submit their proposal by using the website europyro2019.org. Receipt of the abstract will be acknowledged by email. Authors will be informed by January, 31th on the acceptance or not of the presentation. Preliminary program will be published on February, 15th.
All papers will be written and presented in the English language.
Authors are personally and solely responsible for obtaining organizational clearance for their paper. All presentations and manuscripts must be unclassified.
